Description: Columbus Housing Initiative, Inc., dba NeighborWorks Columbus, will be accepting sealed proposals until (due date) 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026 for the Newman’s Crossing – NeighborWorks Subdivision at Farr Road project
A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), forms, plans , and specifications may be obtained by contacting Ryan Clements of Aaron & Clements, Inc., Owner’s Representative, at ryan.clements@acicms.com or (706) 662-8241.
Each proposal must be submitted by the due date in a sealed package addressed to Kimberly S. Hinton-Poole at the offices of NeighborWorks Columbus, 345 6th Street, Columbus, GA 31901. Bids/Proposals received after the due date will not be considered.
Each sealed package containing a proposal must be plainly marked on the outside as
“Proposal for Newman’s Crossing – NeighborWorks Subdivision at Farr Road project” and should include the offeror’s name, address, and point of contact.
Columbus Housing Initiative, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals or any proposal that is non-responsive or not responsible, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to issue change orders altering the original scope of work to address changes or unforeseen conditions necessary for the project completion.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the jobsite – 988 Farr Road, Columbus, GA.
